- Be seeking a second opinion for a sick or symptomatic pet
- Provide recent medical records from another veterinary clinic
- A summary of your pet’s recent visit(s)
- Any diagnostic results (lab work, imaging, etc.)
- A list of medications or treatments already prescribed

If these records aren’t provided before or at the time of the appointment, the visit will be billed as a standard sick exam.
